Cancellation Policy:

Sessions must be canceled at least 24 hours in advance.

If a session appointment is not cancelled at least 24 hours in advance you will be invoiced a $150.00 cancellation fee, which must be paid before you are able to schedule another appointment to continue in our programs. This fee is NOT covered by our VETS scholarship funding or by any previous contributions you may have made in the past!

When you do not cancel in advance of 24 hrs. of your appointment, you may be preventing another client from receiving much needed wellness.

Conversely, the situation may arise where another client fails to cancel and we are unable to schedule you for a visit, due to a seemingly “full” appointment schedule.

This fee acts as a donation towards our VETS programming and helps us continue to offer our services free of charge to you and to other veterans. This policy helps to support the therapy horses, and program expenses.
